Governance

The governing bodies of Banco Farmaceutico Foundation are the following: the Assembly of Founders, the Assembly of Supporting Volunteers and the Local Associations. These three Assemblies appoint the Board of Directors consisting of seven members. The Board of Directors has one president and one or two vice presidents, and is vested with the complete powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration of the foundation.
The Assembly of Founders is also responsible for appointing the auditor.
